Brazen Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will accept your return of non-final sales items, within 21 days of purchase date for in-store exchange or credit, provided the conditions of return are met.
Final sale items include:
- Discounted items
- Accessories such as jewelry, hats, toques, blankets
- Gift certificates
Return conditions include:
- Tags are intact
- The item does not show signs of use, wear, nor washing
- There is no record of abuse to our return policy
To initiate the return process first contact us by email at brazen.boutique@outlook.com. In the email specify your full name, date of item purchase, order number (if purchased online), description of item to be returned, as well as your preferred email and phone number contact. Let us know why the product was not right for you.
Next, mail the item back to us at 7187 56 St, Lloydminster, AB T9V 3N6, postmarked no later than 21 days following purchase date. Providing conditions of return are met upon item inspection, we will email you a voucher for in-store credit or mail your desired exchanged item to you. Normal shipping rates/policy will apply to any items provided by exchange.
